How to add new quotation?
- quotations are moderated
- we allowed to add internal After-All and other external quotes (tick suitable option)
- we accept two forms: with <nick> text and /me text formats
- we refuse this containing opinions about the service
- we don't accept quotations from commentaries, forums systems or any from above IRC
- unregisteres user have to retype captcha code
